This double row rain gutter and fascia machine can produce both the quad gutters and the fascia board in one machine. The main roll forming units are separated, sharing the same machine base, decoiler, electric control cabinet, hydraulic system. Thus, This twin row design costs less and occupies less space than two roll forming lines.

What We Do Before and After You Place An Order
1. You send us the detailed information of the products you want to produce.
2. Our engineer will study the details and your requirement, then we will quote to you with machine details for reference.
3. When the quotation is confirmed, we will send you the PI for down payment.
4. We will send you the machine foundation layout, roller design within 2 weeks after we receive the down payment.
5. We will update the pictures of the machine making process.
6. You send us the testing material in advance. All the machines will be tested to meet the requirement of our customer.
7. We will send you the video of machine testing, and you are welcome to come to check the machine.
8. We will deliver the machine when we receive the balance payment.
9. After the machine arrive at your factory, we will send you the operation maual or the documents you require to help make the machine installation.
10. For some simple machines, customers will easily install and make the machine running by themselves with a bit help by videos. For some complicated machines, we will send our technicians to help install and commissioning in your factory.
11. We offer technical support for whole life.
